editorial commission for Kernel Magazine's second issue — front and back covers. the brief asked for something that felt scientific and strange at once. I wanted the cover to reward close looking, with details that only reveal themselves when you hold the physical magazine.

a personal painting made for the love of it. Porco Rosso is one of those films I return to whenever I need to remember what it feels like to care deeply about something small and beautiful. I wanted the light to feel like late afternoon over the adriatic — golden and a little melancholy.
